Operational Principle
This machine adopts a multi-stage pump and valve linkage and a PLC+touch screen method to automatically control the cleaning process. Use the impact of water flow and a cleaning agent to clean the dirt on the surface of the cleaned item.
Equipment internal cleaning: The working room is designed according to the preset size of the cleaned items (usually mobile storage tanks);
The control system opens the inlet valve to inject water into the box and heat it. After reaching the specified temperature, the water pump (which can control the water volume through frequency conversion) is started. The rotating arm is moved by the impact of the water flow, and at the same time, it cooperates with the nozzle on the cleaning rack to achieve the function of cleaning items.
Hot air drying: The equipment is equipped with a hot air drying heating package (including fans, heating systems, filters, pipelines, etc.), and the control system can automatically start drying during this process. The interior of the item is dried by hot air.
This machine uses multi-stage pumps and corresponding valves, utilizing various nozzles and rotating arms, to perform comprehensive cleaning of the inner and outer walls of the appliance, enabling the dirt between irregular surfaces, slits, fine holes, and grooves of the appliance to quickly peel off. The cleaned sewage and cleaning solution is discharged from the discharge outlet, and the residual water is blown dry by compressed air after cleaning.
