Product Overview

The CT-C series hot air circulating oven is equipped with a low-noise, high-temperature-resistant axial flow fan, and an automatic temperature control system. The entire circulation system is fully enclosed, increasing the thermal efficiency of the oven from traditional drying rooms of 3–7% to the current 35–45%, with a maximum thermal efficiency of 50%. It has saved a lot of energy for our country and improved the economic efficiency of enterprises.

Product Application

The hot air circulating oven is suitable for heating, curing, drying, and dehydration of materials and products in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, agricultural and sideline products, aquatic products, light industries, and heavy industries. Such as raw materials, raw medicines, traditional Chinese medicine slices, extracts, powders, granules, water pills, packaging bottles, pigments, dyes, dehydrated vegetables, dried fruits and melons, sausages, plastic resins, electrical components, baking paints, etc.

Work Principle

The hot air circulating oven uses air as the carrier and steam or electrical energy as the heat source. Pie cold air entering from outside the oven is heated by the heat source, and then forced to circulate in layers and flow horizontally through the oven to exchange heat with the materials inside the oven. It also takes away the moisture generated by material evaporation and returns it to the heat exchanger for further heating. After multiple cycles, when the moisture content of the hot air increases to a certain extent, the dehumidification fan is turned on to remove some high-humidity hot air and supplement some low-temperature cold air, thus achieving the goal of continuous drying.
